When you ask us to call
We collect the name, business name, email, phone number, business type, and service interest you submit. We use these details to respond to your inquiry, arrange a call, and discuss services with you. The form sends your inquiry to drj@mail.instinct.com through our email provider, AgentMail.
When you try the demo
The demo is a fictional med spa conversation that runs in your browser. Its messages are not sent to a model provider or stored by Luther. Refreshing the page or restarting the demo clears the conversation. Use sample details and avoid entering medical or other sensitive information.
How the website runs
Vercel hosts this website and may process technical request information, including IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect it. The contact form uses a short-lived security token and temporary request limits to reduce spam. We do not add advertising trackers or sell your inquiry information.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry information by emailing drj@mail.instinct.com. We retain inquiry information while handling your request and as needed for related business records.
Service customers
This website demo is separate from the receptionist service. Data handling, approved integrations, and any requirements specific to your business are agreed before the service is connected to your customers.
